Thank you for shopping with Ha'aha'a Creatives. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery.
Processing Time
All items are custom-made to order. Because of this, processing time is required to ensure quality and accuracy. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Please note: If a selected product color or material is out of stock, processing time may be extended by up to an additional 2 weeks. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Hawaii: 2–5 business days

U.S. Mainland: 5–10 business days
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Hawaii, USA.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ha'aha'a Creatives is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at haahaacreatives@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. All approved returns must be shipped back to Hawaii, USA.
