Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Ready to Ship (RTS) Items: Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Please review each listing carefully for specific details.

Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Custom and made-to-order items are created after your order is placed. Average processing time is 7–14 business days. If a selected color or material is out of stock, processing time may be extended by up to an additional 2 weeks. Customers will be notified if this applies.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order? Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

How Do I Enter Custom Details? Please carefully review the product listing instructions before placing your order. Make sure all names, dates, and customization details are entered exactly as you want them to appear. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Will My Item Look Exactly Like the Photos? Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design placement may occur. We do our best to ensure every item closely matches the listing photos.

Shipping Information: All orders are shipped from Hawaii, USA via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and include tracking. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2–5 business days within Hawaii and 5–10 business days for the U.S. Mainland. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If multiple items are purchased, they may ship separately at no additional cost. Expedited processing is not guaranteed, but you may contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Do You Offer Free Shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Do You Ship Internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Payment: All payments are securely processed through Shopify and trusted payment providers. Refund processing times (when applicable) may take 5–7 business days depending on your financial institution. Discount codes must be applied at checkout, and we are unable to adjust pricing after an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all personalized and made-to-order items are final sale. We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resalable condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will remake and reship your item at no additional cost. Replacement orders follow standard processing times and are not guaranteed to be expedited.

What If My Package Is Delayed? Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues. While we are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders: All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
